Ink that runs clean, fast and long › Since 1992
KD Ink Manufacturing Co. is an established manufacturer of Web Offset (Cold Set) Printing Ink, serving the printing industry since 1992.
With more than three decades of industry experience, KD Ink has developed a strong understanding of the requirements of newspaper, commercial and textbook web offset printing.
Our focus is simple:
We work closely with printing houses to understand their machine conditions, paper quality, printing speeds and production requirements, helping customers achieve stable and efficient printing performance.
Rheology tuned for the press: predictable viscosity, stable tack, friendly to every substrate and unbothered by heat on the deck.
More impressions per kilo, fewer copies in the reject bin, and a run you do not have to stand over.
We strongly believe all good things in this world should be affordable — not cheaper. We price against the total cost of the solution, not the drum.

Coldset ink for newspaper printing, based on a visco-elastic resin and varnish system — instant ink-water balance, faster press stability, lower wastage.
Formulated for the high-speed newspaper process, with stable printing characteristics across inking systems, damping systems and press speeds.
| Ink type | Viscosity | Tack (at 1200 RPM) |
Machine speed | Drying | Colour strength | Recommended substrates |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Low Flow / Slow Speed | Low | 6–8 | Below 20,000 impressions/hr | Air dry | Standard | Newsprint, book paper |
| Medium Flow / Medium Speed | Medium | 8–10 | 20,000–35,000 impressions/hr | Air dry | Strong | Standard newsprint, offset |
| High Flow / High Speed | High | 10–12 | Above 35,000 impressions/hr | Air dry | Very strong | Coated & uncoated papers |
Fast-setting, glossy sheet-fed offset ink for high-speed multicolour presses — high colour intensity, sharp dots, high-contrast finish.
Books and journals, posters and publications for the advertising and graphic sector, paper, folio labels and cardboard packaging. Suits all sheet-fed offset processes and dampening units. Available in Glossy Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and Black.
A quick-drying ink that dries by evaporation of its solvent in a high-temperature oven, then chills to set — minimal spread, minimal absorption.
For letterpress and offset lithography, particularly web offset. Targets high-gloss work on coated and absorbent stocks, as well as less glossy materials.
Cheaper per kilo is not the same as cheaper to print. Put your present numbers in and the tool compares the two inks on total cost — ink spend plus what you lose to wastage — rather than on rate alone.
Mileage gain & wastage drop you enter.
Fewer kilos bought, fewer sheets rejected.
Rupees per month, calculated live.
Indicative only. Mileage and wastage figures are the ones you enter — ask us for a press trial and we will measure them on your machine instead of estimating.
